About The Role

At Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice (SSRCH), we celebrate life in everything we do. Guided by compassion, excellence, and dignity, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to patients, families, and one another.

We are seeking an energetic and mission-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key ambassador for SSRCH throughout our service area, building strong relationships and increasing awareness of our hospice services among healthcare professionals and community partners.

Using a consultative approach, you will engage with physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, home health agencies, and other referral sources to educate them about the benefits of hospice care and ensure eligible patients have timely access to our services.

This is a highly visible, field-based position, with daily travel primarily throughout northern Sheboygan and Manitowoc counties. You will develop and execute strategic outreach plans, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate meaningful partnerships that support SSRCH's mission and organizational goals. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will help ensure a seamless experience for patients, families, and referral partners while contributing to the continued growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources throughout the service area.
• Educate community partners on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits.
• Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand awareness and access to hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery.
• Represent SSRCH professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare meetings.
• Monitor referral trends and market opportunities to support continued growth and outreach efforts.

About You

• 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry
• Passionate about hospice services, and the patients and families served
• Known and respected within your community
• A college graduate with a Bachelor Degree focused in Marketing or Business, preferred
