Position Summary

As a Busser, you will play an important role in supporting our servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables quickly and efficiently.
• Refill guests’ water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Assist servers by delivering bread, and filling water glasses once customers sit down.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, waiting area, and service stations.
• Sweep and spot-clean floors as necessary during and after service. Sweep and mop at end of the night.
• Assist in setting up the dining room before service and cleaning after closing.
• Help transport dishes to the dishwashing area and assist where needed.
• Ensure restrooms remain clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the shift.
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Perform additional cleaning and support duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40+ pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
